Coach Soria really gets to know his athletes and their goals. As a busy professional, parent, and athlete himself, he really understands the challenges we all face to get the quality training in. As such, he knows how to build a training program that helps athletes reach their goals, while navigating “life.” I’ve been working with Coach Soria for three years, and I continue to see improved results.
